掘进机电控箱隔振器的研究

摘　　要：对AM50型掘进机电控箱的振动进行了测试分析,掌握了电控箱振动的特点,据此研制了非线性的钢丝绳隔振器,试验研究了其隔振性能,结果表明具有良好的隔振效果,能很好地满足掘进机电控箱振动控制的要求。Analysis and measurements of vibration of the electric-control-box of a AM50 roadheader is carried out, and the vibration characteristics are obtained. Based on the results, a non-linear wire rope isolator is designed, whose characteristics are examined by experiments. The tests show that the wire rope isolator gets satisfied results and can meet the requirements for vibration control of the electric-control-box of a roadheader.
