艾滋病对患者个人及其家庭社会影响的调查分析

摘　　要：目的通过研究HIV/AIDS对个人及其家庭社会的影响,了解HIV/AIDS对个人及其家庭社会影响程度,为农村地区艾滋病防治提供参考。方法采用问卷调查方法进行调查,通过问卷调查HIV/AIDS组与对照组就业状况、HIV/AIDS健康状况及与其他人的交往等,进行两组社会影响对比分析。结果HIV/AIDS组患者由于艾滋病的影响,其就业率、目前健康状况与其他人的交往频度等均低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论HIV/AIDS影响着患者个人及其家庭社会活动的多个方面,使其就业率下降,社会交往频度降低,家庭完整性受到破坏,对患者个人及其家庭产生较大的社会影响。Objective To explore the social influences caused by HIV/AIDS on the patients and their families, and provide evidences for prevention and control of HIV/AIDS in the rural areas. Methods Adopt the questionnaire investigation to assess the status of employment, healthy status, and communication between the group of patients and their families and the group of general public. Results The patients＇employment rate, healthy status, and the social activities are less or lower than the control group, and the differences between them are significant （p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion HIV/ AIDS significantly cause social influences on the patients and their families, such as decreasing of employment rate and social activities, also influencing the family integrity.
