摘　　要：阐述我国饭店业服务水平的现状,指出其服务水平提升缓慢的原因,并对提升其整体服务质量提出了对策和建议。It describes the condition of the service level of the hotel industry in our country, points out the causes to the slow of the promotion of its service level and presents the countermeasures and the suggestions to promote its whole service quality.
