摘　　要：在阐述南平机制的产生背景和基本做法的基础上,分别从狭义农业推广、广义农业推广和现代农业推广的角度解读南平机制,认为南平机制对解决我国目前农业推广,特别是基层农业推广存在的问题提供了一种可资借鉴的做法,也为我国农业推广体制的改革和发展提供了一种新的思路,是建设有中国特色的农业推广的一次有益尝试。This paper firstly expatiates the background of Nanping-mechanism, and then explains and analyzes it from the viewpoint of narrow sense agriculture extension, generalized agriculture extension and modern agriculture extension respectively. The writers regard Nanping-mechanism as a new attempt to resolve the problem of current agriculture extension, especially grass-roots agriculture extension in China. Nanping-mechanism not only provides a new way of the reformation of agriculture extension system, it is also a beneficial trial to construct the agriculture extension system with Chinese characteristics.
