摘　　要：阐述以PLC为核心的施胶控制系统的软硬件设计。系统主要由PLC、变频器、施胶泵、人机界面等组成,通过PID控制实现刨花流量、胶液流量的配比要求,同时还具备报警、参数显示以及累计量显示功能。A control system for glue application in particleboard production designed by the authors of this article, with PLC（Programmable logic controller）is presented. This system consists of a set of PLC, converters, glue-applying motors, man-machine interface and so on. By PID （Proportional-integral-differential） algorithm, the system could precisely control the ratio of particle and adhesive. It also has an alarm system, and parameter displaying and accumulative amount displaying functions,which assure the quality of the particleboards.
