摘  要:目的调查高职医学生考试的作弊率,分析考试心态。方法采用曹汉斌编的大学生考试作弊行为的评量表对福建省966名高职医学生进行测评。结果2005级高职护生和2004级高职护生对高职院校的考试属性、作弊现象属性、作弊动机、作弊行为属性的认识一致(P>0.05);2004级高职护生对作弊发生率估计、作弊原因、作弊心理的认同率明显高于2005级高职护生(P<0.01)。结论针对当前高职医学院校的考试体制不能客观衡量学生学习情况的现状,提出了加强高职医学的思想教育,改革考试制度的对策。Objective To survey on high-vocational medical college students cheating on tests and analyze students' mentality. Methods 966 students in high-vocational medical college were judged with CAO Han-bin scale of assessment. Results 2005 grade high-vocational nursing students and 2004 grade high-vocational nursing students attribute to the recognition of examinations, cheating attribute motives to cheat, Cheating understanding of the same attributes (P 〉 0. 05 ) ; But 2004 grade high-vocational nursing students is estimated that the incidence of fraud, cheating, Cheating recognized psychological higher than 2005 grade high-vocational nursing students,increase significantly (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The current examination system of high-vocational medical college can not objectively assess students.Strengthening high-vocational medical college student education, reforming the examination system are obviously important.
