摘　　要：在具有生产时滞和外部需求不确定的环境下,建立了基于Internet的供应链双源渠道动态模型,包括Internet直接销售渠道和传统分销渠道。分析了基于Internet的供应链双源渠道的鲁棒运作,给出了解决供应链双源渠道动态系统的鲁棒H∞控制策略和线性矩阵不等式(LMI)算法。最后,结合某钢铁公司电子商务营销的实际运作情况,进行了仿真计算和分析,验证了正态需求、均匀需求及复杂噪声扰动下的鲁棒H∞控制策略。With the uncertainty of production time-delays and customer demands, the dynamic model of supply chain dual-channel based on internet is established, including the dynamic control process of Internet channel and traditional channel. The robust operations of dual-channel are analyzed, and the robust H∞ control strategy and the corresponding linear matrix inequality （LMI）approach of this discrete time-delay system are presented, respectively. Combining with the practices of e-business marketing, the simulating calculation and analysis show the controlling effect of robust H∞ control strategy for dual-channel.
