摘　　要：[目的]了解当今卫生行政部门和疾病预防控制机构开展学校传染病防制管理工作现况,为今后预防控制学校传染病提供决策参考。[方法]采用整群分层随机抽样方法,分别抽样调查了某省有代表性的6个省辖市和部分市辖市、区疾病预防控制机构和卫生行政部门开展学校传染病防制工作为重点的学校卫生工作现况。调查自拟问卷,疾病预防控制机构问卷内容包括学校传染病常规工作管理、疫情监测和专题研究、暴发疫情调查处理等16个项目;卫生行政部门问卷内容包括学校传染病防制日常工作管理、监督检查,重点传染病防制工作管理等15项内容。[结果]疾控机构投入学校传染病防制工作人员力量相对不足,传染病防治工作日常管理力度不够,防治工作良好运行机制和检查考核制度未能很好建立,专题研究未能有效开展,未能定期及时向教育和卫生行政部门提供预防控制决策建议,未能主动开展学校传染病疫情监测和设立学校传染病监测哨点,未能对暴发疫情建立专档管理和分析研究,难以做到预防在先、控制在前,防患于未然。卫生行政部门在组织开展学校艾滋病、结核、肝炎等重大传染病防治,以及在组织设置学校传染病防治监测哨点和管理工作方面存在不足。[结论]当今疾控机构和卫生行政部门在预防控制学校传染病防制工作方面存在一定薄弱环节,疾控机构未能对学校传染病预防控制提供有效的技术支撑,卫生行政部门未能有效发挥对学校传染病预防控制方面的管理监督作用。　[Objective]To know how health administrators and CDCs work in contagious disease control in schools nowadays,and provide reference for contagious diseases control in schools.[Methods]The condition of school healthwhich emphased on the work of contagious disease control in schools by CDCs and health departments in 6 cities and several boroughs was investigated by stratified cluster sampling. Self-designed questionnaires for CDC included 16 items such as regular management of school contagious diseases,supervision of disease and so on,while that for health administrator incluede 15 items such as regular management,supervision of diseases,and prevention of major contagious diseases.[Results]There were not enough personnels for school diseases control,and CDC didn’t work on regular management of school contagious diseases effectively. The mechanism of prevention was not running well,that of supervision was not effectively established,and monographic study was not employed effectively. CDCs could not provide suggestion on prevention and control for diseases in time regularly,never supervised diseases or set up supervision spot initially,and never set up file management for disease outbreak.[Conclusion]The level of management of contagious diseases of CDCs and health administrators is low.
