颞叶海马硬化所致的难治性癫痫外科手术治疗与GAMMA刀治疗临床分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨颞叶海马硬化所致难治性癫痫采用外科手术治疗与GAMMA刀治疗的疗效及治疗费用。[方法]本文通过1998￣2003年在我研究所就诊的颞叶海马硬化所致的难治性癫痫患者进行评估后根据患者意愿分别给予外科手术治疗与GAMMA刀治疗。[结果]外科手术组治疗近期疗效92.8%,GAMMA刀治疗近期疗效53.84%,外科手术组平均治疗费用8500元(人民币),GAMMA刀治疗组平均治疗费用18000元(人民币)。[结论]外科手术治疗与GAMMA刀治疗颞叶海马硬化所致的难治性癫痫安全有效,外科手术治疗近期疗效优于GAMMA刀治疗,但平均治疗费用低于GAMMA刀治疗。　[Objective]To discuss the curative effect and costs of the surgery and gamma knife treatments for intractable epilepsy caused by temporal-hippocampus sclerosis.[Methods]The patients with intractable epilepsy caused by temporal-hippocampus sclerosis in our institute were eveluated,and the surgical or gamma knife treatment was sellected as the patients wished.[Results]In surgical group the curative rate was 92.8% in the near future,and the average cost was 8 500 yuan while in gamma knife group the curative rate was 53.84%,and the average cost was 18 000 yuan.[Conclusion]Both surgical and gamma knife treatments of intractable epilepsy caused by temporal-hippocampus sclerosis are safet and effective. Surgical treatment is better than gamma knife in the near future,and its cost is lower.
