角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素c治疗翼状胬肉的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素c治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法:采用胬肉切除,应用浓度为0.025%的丝裂霉素c贴敷,用带有角膜缘上皮的自体结膜瓣移植的联合方式,治疗原发与复发性胬肉49例(56眼)。结果:随访6个月至2年,平均10个月。复发率为5.35%。术中及术后无严重并发症发生。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植,辅以局部应用丝裂霉素c对于防止翼状胬肉的复发安全有效。Objective： To investigate the outcome of autologus limbal transplantation combined with mitomycin C in treatment of primary and recurrent pterygium. Methods：49 cases （56 eyes） with primary or re- current pterygium were treated with autoiogus conjuctivalimbal transplantation and mitomycin C 0.025% after pterygium was removed. Results： During a follow - up of 6 to 24 months （mean 10 months）, and the recur- rence rate was 5.35%. No severe intra- and post -operative complications were found. Conclusion： The combination of limbal steam cells autografting and supplemental agent such as mitomycin C is a very effective method to prevent the recurrence of pterygium.
