摘 要:目的探讨40m模拟空气反复潜水对人血常规的影响。方法16名健康成年男性,连续3d进行6次40 m-35 min空气模拟潜水。其中8人在3d高气压暴露中服用三联抗氧化剂(维生素C 1g/d、维生素E 2.5 g/d、N-乙酰半胱氨酸8 g/d)。分别于暴露前1d和暴露第1天、第2天、第3天下午出舱后抽血行血常规检查。结果模拟潜水后白细胞及其分类、红细胞、血红蛋白、血细胞压积呈上升趋势。白细胞在第1天暴露后与暴露前比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单核细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白以及血细胞比容在第2、3天暴露后与暴露前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而血小板、平均红细胞容积等指标暴露前后无明显变化。与正常暴露组相比,口服抗氧化剂对各指标没有显著影响。结论3 d 6次40m模拟空气潜水对血常规某些指标有一定影响,但均在正常范围内。Objective To explore the changes of blood routine indices after 40 m repetitive air diving in healthy volunteers. Methods Sixteen healthy male volunteers had experienced six times simulated air diving at the depth of 40 m for 3 consecutive days ,which sustained for 35 min at every time. Eight of them took trilogy antioxidant(vitamin C 1 g/d, vitamin E 2. 5 g/d, N-acetylcysteine 8 g/d) 1 day before and during 3 day's exposures. The routine indices of venous blood were measured 1 day before exposure and the 2nd,4th,6th day after exposure, respectively. Results There were progressive trends in the counting of leucocyte and its components, erythrocyte ,haemoglobin and haematocrit. On the 1st day after exposures, a significant increase in the counting of leucocyte was observed when compared with that before exposure( P 〈0.05 ). Compared with the counting of monocyte, erythrocyte and the value of haemoglobin and haematocrit before exposure, significant increases were observed after 4 and 6 exposures( P 〈 0.05). There were no changes in the value of platelet, mean corpuscular volume, etc.Antioxidants did not significantly affect the value of blood routine indices when compared with those in normal group. Conclusions Six-time simulated air diving at the depth of 40 m in 3 consecutive days has influence on some indices in the blood sample of human, but changes were in the normal range.
