摘　　要：建立了同时检测人体液样品中8种常见的具有酰胺结构的精神类药物的气相色谱-质谱新方法。通过对提取溶剂，pH，超声时间等样品预处理条件及色谱条件等考察和优化，运用质谱全扫描（SCAN）同时对尼可刹米，利多卡因，苯巴比妥，异丙嗪，卡马西平，地西泮，氯丙嗪，氯氮平这8种常见的精神类药物进行检测。在选定的条件下，尼可刹米等5种药物在0.10～25．0mg／L范围内线性关系良好。异丙嗪等3种药物在0.50～25．0mg／L范围内线性关系良好，方法回收率77％～97％之间，RSD小于10％，检出限为5～40μg／kg。与文献报道的检测方法比较，在灵敏度提高的前提下，分析时间缩短。同时，用色谱保留时间与质谱同时定性，消除血液中其他成分的干扰，结果准确，选择性和重复性好，可用于临床中中毒样品的检测分析。A new method was established for determining 8 mental drugs with amide structure in the toxicosis accident by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS）. In this method., in order to get the best determination results, the extracting solvent, pH of the reaction solution, extraction time and GC conditions were optimized. The linear range for the determination of nikethamide, lidocaine, phenobarbital, carbamazepine, chlorpromazine is 0.10 ～ 25.0 mg/L and for promethazine, diazepam, clozapine is 0.50 ～ 25.0 mg/L. The recoveries were 77 % ～ 97 % with the RSD of less than 10.0% and the determination limits of 5 ～ 40μg/kg. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive compared with other methods. It has been proved to be reliable, accurate and suitable for the medicine monitoring.
