不同时间使用丹参注射液治疗急性中小量脑出血疗效比较

摘　　要：目的观察不同时间使用活血化瘀法治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法将经CT检查确诊的急性期高血压脑出血152例随机分为A组62例、B组42例、C组48例,三组患者均接受西医综合治疗,A组于发病24～48h内、B组于发病1周时给予丹参注射液;三组于治疗后、治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月进行有效率、神经功能缺损程度积分(致残率)、Barthel指数计分、血肿吸收程度、病死率等比较。结果A组、B组分别与C组比较总显效率差异有显著性;A组分别与B组、C组比较Barthel指数计分、血肿吸收程度差异有显著性。结论早期使用丹参注射液治疗中小量高血压脑出血具有良好的近期及远期效果,能促进颅内血肿吸收,减少神经功能缺损程度,并且于24～48h时使用较1周使用者能够获得更大益处。Objective： To compare clinical effects of hypertensive cerebroal hemorrhage treated by Huoxuehuaye method in different time. Methods： 152 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed by CT were randomly divided into 3 groups. A group 62 patients. Patients of the 3 groups all received Western medicine treatment. Group creceived Western medicine treatment only. Group A and B were treated by Salvia injection at diffferent times, Group A within 24 - 48 hours incubation, and Group B within a week. The effects of 3 groups were compared on the 28th days, the third month, and the sixth month： Efficiency, Brainstorm patients with neurological function deficit score （disablility）, The mobility of daily life （ADL）, Barthel index（BI） scoreboard, Absorpted degree of haematoma, mortality. Results： Group C compared with Group A and B respectively, the efficiency of the difference has significant meaning. Conclusion： Early use of Salvia injection in the treatment of small and medium hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has good short - term and long - term effects, and promotes absorption of intracranial hematoma, reduce neurological defect, improve activities of daily living. There is more beneficial for those users within 24 - 48 hours than those within a week.
