复合材料在重型卡车中的应用

摘　　要：复合材料与金属材料相比,具有热胀系数低、比重小、比强度高、比模量高、隔热消音、可设计性强等诸多优点,因此被广泛地应用于重型卡车的结构件、覆盖件,既提高了结构强度,又降低了成本和油耗。本文综述了复合材料的优点及其在重型卡车中的具体应用,并对未来的卡车进行了预测。Compared with metal materials, composites have such advantages as low coefficient of thermal expansion, low density, high specific strength, high specific modulus, insulating heat and avoiding sound, flexible design, etc. So it is widely used in structure parts and covering parts of the heavy truck, not only improving structure strength, but also reducing cost and oil consumption. It is summarized the advantages of composites and applications in heavy, truck. The future truck is forecasted in the article.
