摘  要:采用超临界CO2流体萃取方法对黑龙江省产酸浆和毛酸浆籽进行萃取,分别以19.67%和26.69%得油率获得了籽油,用气质联机(GC/MS)对籽油成分进行分析的结果显示,酸浆籽油和毛酸浆籽油成分由亚油酸(73.91%和75.52%),油酸(11.21%和12.89%),十六(烷)酸(11.58%和8.54%),十八(烷)酸(3.30%和1.47%)构成。还分析了两种籽的一般化学成分以及籽油的各项理化指标。Two kinds of oil were obtained from the seeds of groundcherry (Physalis alkekengi L. ) and hair groundcherry (Physalis pubescens L. ), natives in Heilongjiang, by the technology of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction with oil yield of 19.67% and 26.69% respectively. The oils were analyzed and identified by GC/MS. Results show that the groundcherry and the hair groundcherry seed oils contain linoleic acid (73.91% and 75.52% ), oleic acid (11.21% and 12.89% ), hexadecanoic acid ( 11.58% and 8.54% ), and octadecanoic acid (3.30% and 1.47% ). The physicochemical properties of the seeds and the seed oils were analyzed.
