摘  要:对超临界CO2流体萃取香椿籽油的工艺条件及品质进行了研究。分别考察了物料粒度、静态萃取时间、CO2流量、萃取温度、萃取压力对香椿籽油提取效果的影响,并分析了所得油品的主要理化特性和脂肪酸组成及含量。结果表明,超临界CO2流体萃取香椿籽油的最佳的工艺条件是:物料粒度60目,静态萃取时间20min,CO2流量30mL,萃取温度50℃,萃取压力5000PSI,在此条件下香椿籽油萃取率达91.7%。香椿籽油品质优良,其不饱和脂肪酸含量高达91.6%,其中亚油酸含量占56.8%,香气浓郁,具有较高的营养保健作用。The extraction technology of Toona sinensis seed oil and the oil quality were studied. The effects of material size, static extraction time, current capacity of CO2, extraction temperature, and pressure on the extraction efficiency were investigated, and the main characteristics and the fatty acid composition of the obtained oil were analyzed. Results show that the optimum conditions of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction are as follows: 60 mesh, static extraction time 20min, extraction temperature 50℃, pressure 5 000 PSI, and CO2 30mL. The extraction rate reaches 91.7%. The Toona sinensis seed oil obtained with this technology exhibits high quality. The content of unsaturated fatty acids is as high as 91.6% .in which linolenic acid content is 56.8%, indicating highly nutritional and health care function.
