摘　　要：目的:观察施他宁(生长抑素)联合潘妥洛克(泮托拉唑)治疗门静脉高压性上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法:将112例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用施他宁联合潘妥洛克的治疗方案,对照组采用奥曲肽联合潘妥洛克的治疗方案。结果:治疗组止血有效率为79.31%,对照组的止血有效率为64.81%,两组止血有效率比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:施他宁联合潘妥洛克治疗门静脉高压性上消化道大出血的临床疗效满意。Purpose： To observe the clinical effect of stilanin （somatostatin） associated with pantoloc （pantoprazole） on portal hypertension massive hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract. Methods： 112 patients was divided into two groups randomly, the treatment prescription of stilamir （somatostatin） associated with pantoloc （pantoprazole） was used in the experimental group, the treatment prescription of octreotide associated with pantoloc was used in the control group. Results： the effective power of hemostasis was 79.31% in the experimental group and 64.81% in the control group, significant deviation of the effective power existed between the two groups （p 〈0.05）. Conclusion： the clinical effect of stilanin associated with pantoloc on portal hypertension massive hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract is satisfactory.
