摘　　要：虚拟企业日益成为企业间流行的合作方式,虚拟企业内知识共享和利益权衡是一对现实的矛盾。在分析传统精确数据计算不足的基础上,结合层次分析法(AHP)和有序加权几何平均(OWGA),提出一种新的通用体系模型:层次有序加权几何平均(HOWGA),并把该体系模型应用于虚拟企业知识和知识共享伙伴的多层次选择。The virtual enterprise becomes the popular enterprise cooperation way gradually;the knowledge sharing and benefits balance in virtual enterprise is a real antinomy. Analyze the traditional accurate data calculation shortage,then combine the AHP and OWGA to establish a new general system model：HOWGA （Hierarchy Ordered Weighted Geometric Averaging） , and apply this system model in knowledge and the knowledge sharing partners muhilayer choice for virtual enterprises.
