高职院校横向科研项目开发的条件和存在的问题探析

摘　　要：以高职院校人才定位为出发点提出高职院校科研应以技术开发和技术应用研究为主,用翔实的数据论述了高职院校科研开发的重点是横向科研项目,对高职院校横向科研项目开发的条件及存在的问题进行了探讨,对高职院校科研管理创新及横向科研项目开发有一定指导意义。The paper takes the orientation of talents in higher vocational institutes as starting point, suggesting that the scientific research in higher vocational institutes should give first place to technical development and application research. It then employs detailed data to prove that the emphases of scientific research development should be on transverse scientific research project. At last, it discusses the conditions and existing problems in developing transverse scientific research project in higher vocational institutes. The study has certain instructional significance to higher vocational institutes for their innovation of scientific research management and development of transverse scientific research project.
