关于高职高专电子商务人才培养的探讨

摘　　要：电子商务为经济发展注入了新的活力,也带来了新的要求,伴随而来的是对电子商务人才的巨大需求,这与当前电子商务毕业生的就业状况形成巨大反差。文章解析电子商务对人才的要求以及高职高专电商人才培养现存问题,探讨可行的人才培养方案。Coming of e-commerce era not only injects new vitality but also puts forward new demand to world economy, the huge demand for e-commerce qualified personnel go together, these present a sharp contrast to the employment rate of that. The paper analyzes the demand for e-commerce qualified personnel and problem in existing training system in higher vocational education, and tries to discuss the program for these talents.
