摘 要:利用软测量技术,通过对易测量的一次风温度、风量以及煤粉温度参数的检测,根据能量守恒原理建立了煤粉流量测量模型,并开发了相应的在线监测系统。此系统集成了实时监测、故障诊断、历史数据查询、报表查询和网络发布等功能,应用于某热电厂锅炉的监测和管理。实际运行结果证明了该测量模型的正确性和可靠性,锅炉运行的安全性、稳定性和经济性也得到了提高。Making use of Soft-sensor technology, according to the law of conservation of energy, the coal-powder flow measurement model has been established through these easily measured parameters which are primary air temperature, air flow rate and coal-powder temperature. And a corresponding on-line monitoring system has been developed. At the same time of monitoring, the system can also publish on internet, diagnose failure of the combustion system, look up the history data and print them. The model has been proved by the practice. The safety, stability and economy have been increased in boiler operation.
