坦度螺酮与阿普唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨坦度螺酮治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分配至坦度螺酮组及阿普唑仑组各30倒，坦度螺酮治疗剂量为15-30mg／d，阿普唑仑为1．2～2．4mg／d，观察时间均为4周。疗效评定采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）及焦虑自评量表（SAS）。安全性评定应用副反应量表（TESS）、实验室检查及查体。结果坦度螺酮组显效率为66．67％，有效率为86．67％；阿普唑仑组显效率为60．00％，有效率为83．33％，两者疗效相当。坦度螺酮组不良反应较阿普唑仑组少且轻微，病人依从性好。结论坦度螺酮是一种安全、有效的抗焦虑药。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and security of tandospirone in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Methods A total of 60 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into two groups. The tandospirone group of 30 patients was treated with tandospirone （15-30mg/d）, and the alprazolam group of 30 patients treated with alprazolam （1.2-2.4mg/d） for 4 weeks. HAMA and SAS were adopted to evaluate the efficacy. Safety was evaluated by TESS, laboratory and physical examination. Results After 4 weeks treatment, the significant improvement rate and the response rate of tandospirone group was 66, 67% and 8-3.67%, while those of alprazolam group was 60, 00% and 83.33%. There were no significant differences between the two group （P〉0. 05）. However the adverse reactions of tandospirone were lower and lighter than alprazolam. Conclusion Tandospirone is an effective and safe anti-anxiety drug with good tolerance and compliance.
