高校学生班级增设心理委员的探索与建议

摘　　要：2005年中国地质大学(北京)工程技术学院开展了"心理委员试点工程",在心理委员的选拔、培训工作中取得了一些成果。但仍存在着一些不足。为促进该项工作的顺利开展,应该扩大心理健康知识宣传普及,加强培训力度,提高心理委员的专业水平,完善学校心理健康教育体系,建立、健全学校危机干预体系,促进大学生心理健康工作的开展。　In 2005 the School of Engineering ＆ Technology at China University of Geosciences（Beijing） began the pilot of setting a psychological commissioner for each class.Since then the project has progressed a lot in the selection and training of psychological commissioners;it is,however,far from perfect.In order to promote the work of keeping college students healthy in mentality,it is essential to strengthen communication force of publicizing the knowledge of mental health and to strengthen the training in intention of improving psychological commissioners＇ proficiency.Hence,it will help to perfect the system of health education,to establish crisis intervention system,and to promote the work of mental health for college students at China University of Geosciences.
