复方樟柳碱联合甲基强的松龙治疗外伤性视神经病变

摘　　要：目的观察复方樟柳碱联合大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击疗法治疗外伤性视神经病变的效果。方法复方樟柳碱2mL患侧颞浅动脉旁皮下注射,每日1次,14d为1个疗程;甲基强的松龙800～1000mg(15～30mg/kg)加于生理盐水500mL静脉点滴3～5d,每日1次。结果疗效的主要观察指标是视力。48例中显效20例,占41.66%,有效22例,占45.83%,无效6例,占12.50%,总有效率达87.50%。结论复方樟柳碱联合甲基强的松龙冲击疗法治疗外伤性视神经病变疗效肯定,是一种可供选择的治疗手段,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe compound anisodine with Methylprednisolone in treatment of traumatic optic neuropathy. Methods Compound of anisodine 2mL underskin besides artery of sphere,one time a day, 14 days one course; an intra venous drip of methylprednisolone 800 ~ 1000mg（15 ~ 30mg/kg） for 3 ~ 5 days, one time a day. Results Through Comparision, visual acuity increased are 20 of the 48 cases, visual acuity increased are 22 of the 48 cases. 6 of the 48 cases got no visual improvement. The overall efficiency is 87.50%. Conclusion Compound aniaodine with Methylprednisolone is a good choice and effective therapy for cuning traumaic optic neuropathy without obvious side effects,and is worth widely applying.
