几种保鲜药剂组合对香石竹保鲜效果的影响

摘　　要：对3种保鲜液:水杨酸25 mg/L;蔗糖3%+8-羟基喹啉150 mg/L+柠檬酸250 mg/L+水杨酸25 mg/L;蔗糖3%+硝酸银50 mg/L+柠檬酸250 mg/L+水杨酸25 mg/L对香石竹鲜切花寿命进行了初步研究。结果表明:蔗糖3%+8-羟基喹啉150 mg/L+柠檬酸250 mg/L+水杨酸25 mg/L比其他处理有明显保鲜效果,抑菌效果好,延长了切花瓶插寿命9 d,是香石竹较理想的保鲜液。The article studied the effects of 3 preservatives on the vase life of carnation. The 3 preservatives were salicylic acid （SA） 25 mg/L, sucrose 3% ＋ 8- HQ150 mg/L＋ citric acid （CA） 250 mg/L＋ SA 25 mg/L, and sucrose 3% ＋ AgNO3 50 mg/L＋ CA 250 mg/L.The result showed that the preservative of sucrose 3% ＋ 8 - HQ150 mg/L ＋ citric acid （CA） 250 mg/L ＋ SA 25 mg/L was the best in all medicaments. It delayed senescence of cut carnation, extended 9 days life of cut carnation and controlled some bacteria and fungi.
