摘 要:目的探讨肿瘤转移相关基因MTA1在膀胱癌中的表达及意义。方法应用RT-PCR方法检测34例膀胱癌标本及相配对的癌旁正常膀胱黏膜标本中MTA1基因的表达水平,结合临床及组织病理学特点探讨MTA1基因与膀胱癌浸润和转移的关系。结果MTA1mRNA在所有膀胱癌标本及正常膀胱黏膜均有不同程度的表达,34例膀胱癌中13例(38.2%)MTA1基因过表达,其中8例有淋巴结转移的膀胱癌中有6例过表达(75.0%),26例无转移的膀胱癌中有7例过表达(26.9%)。结论MTA1基因表达水平与膀胱癌浸润转移能力呈正相关。[Objective] To evaluate the relevance of the expression of tumor metastasis-associated(MTA1) to bladder cancer invision and metastasis. [Methods] The expression of MTA1 mRNA and protein in 34 bladder cancer samples was compared with that in corresponding normal mucosa tissues by semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), the results were compared with chnicopathologic data. [Results] The expression of MTA1 mRNA was detected in all of 34 bladder cancer and corresponding normal mucosa tissues. A relative overexpressing of MTAI-mRNA (tumor/normal ratio≥2) was observed in 13 of 34(38.2%) bladder cancer. Clinleo-pathologic correlations demonstrated that in human bladder cancer overexpressing MTAlmRNA exhibited a significantly deeper wall invasion and a high rate of metastasis to lymph nodes. [Conclusions] That overexpression of MTA1 was significantly correlated with tumor invasion and metastasis in bladder cancer strongly suggests the possibility that MTA1 is one of the key molecules associated with tumor invasion and metastasis.
