摘　　要：生鲜加工配送中心处在农副产品供应链中的独特位置,对降低生鲜物价、间接提高农民收入等方面的作用已得到政府、商家和广大消费者的认同。在对杭州市生鲜供应链调研分析的基础上,提出了生鲜加工配送中心当务之急是实施供应链管理战略走可持续发展之路的观点,并对实施过程中具体工作进行了论述。Raw ＆ fresh ＇produce processing and distribution center hold a unique position in the supply chain of agricultural commodities. Its impact in lowering prices of raw ＆ fresh produce, and indirectly increasing farmer＇ s income has been accepted by government, businessman and customer. Based on the survey and analysis to Hangzhou raw ＆ fresh produce supply chain of Hangzhou, this paper addresses the viewpoint that the task of top priority of raw ＆ fresh produce processing and distribution center is the implementation of supply chain management strategy, taking the way of sustainable development, and brings forward the work should to do in the process of implementing this strategy.
