胃窦粘膜TNF-α与胃癌及幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胃窦粘膜肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量与胃癌及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的相互关系。方法应用放射免疫法(RIA)检查117例接受胃镜检查的患者胃窦粘膜TNF-α含量,并对所有病例进行幽门螺杆菌感染检查。结果117例受检者中,Hp感染者64例(54.7%),GCa患者胃窦粘膜TNF-α明显高于CG组、DU组及组织正常胃粘膜组(P<0.05),GCa和CG组中Hp感染者胃粘膜TNF-α高于非Hp感染者(P<0.05)。结论TNF-α在Hp感染过程中与胃癌的发生发展有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between concentrations of antral mucosal tumor necrosis factor-α and Helicobacter Pylori infection and gastric cancer. Methods The gastric mucosal biopsies of 117 patients including 10 cases with normal gastric mucosa, 39 gastric cancer cases, 33 chronic gastritis and 35 duodenal bulbar ulcer were made. The levels of TNF-α in gastric biogsy homogenate supematant fluid were determined by radioimmunoassay. At the same time, all the patients recruited were detected if Hp infection happened. Results There 64 of 117 patients were infected by Hp（54.7% ）. The mucosal level of TNF-α were significantly higher in gastric cancer patients than those with normal mucosa,DU and CG mucosa （ P 〈 0.05）, TNF-α were higher in Hp positive patients than those negative patients. Conclusion There is a strong correlation between the level of mucosal TNF- aand Hp. Pylori infected gastric cancer, TNF-α may play a part in the pathogensis of gastric cancer in patients infected with Hp. Pylori.
