摘　　要：德清县形成的"党委重视、政府支持、工会动作、各方配合、职工参与"社会化工作大格局是创建和谐劳动关系主体理性选择的结果,政府主导和工会主动创新的经验值得肯定,但要从根本上解决劳动者权益受损问题,还应确立区域性/行业性工会并赋予劳动者应有的权利。The great situation of the socialized work of ＂Party Committee Emphasizing, Government Supporting, Trade Union Enforcing, All Parties Coordinating and Workers Participating＂ formed in Deqing County is the result of the rational choice of the main body for creating the harmonious labor relations, the experience led by the government and initially created by the trade union worthy affirmation, but if we want to solve the problem that the laborerg rights and interests are damaged fundamentally, we should still establish the regional / field trade unions and should grant the wide laborers the due rights and interests.
