环孢霉素A对实验性干眼的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨环胞霉素A对实验性干眼的治疗作用。方法采用成年新西兰大白兔22只,随机分为4组(正常组、对照组、治疗组和干眼组),造模成功后用环孢霉素A进行治疗,对各组行泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIt)等检查,观察环孢霉素A对干眼的作用。结果治疗后4周和6周SIt和BUT检查结果治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论环孢霉素A能够减轻干眼结膜炎症,对干眼病有一定的治疗作用。To investigate the effect of cyclosporine A on the dry eye of rabbits. Methods Twenty - two healthy New Zealand rabbits were assigned randomly to 4 groups. After the dry eye model was developed, each group received the tear break up time test （BUT） and Schirmer I test （Sit） and the effect of cyclosporine A on the dry eye was observed. Results At the 4th and 6th weeks after treatment,The Sit and BUT test values showed significant difference between the normal group, control group, treatment group, and dry eye group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The test values ranked in the following descending order： normal group 〉 treatment group 〉 control group 〉 dry eye group. Conclusions Cyclosporine A has the efficacy of reducing conjunctival inflammation and may have the therapeutic effect on dry eye.
