技术学习成本及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：技术学习过程需要消耗一定的资源并产生一定的学习费用是一个符合逻辑的假设。学习成本是决定技术学习能否成功的内在基础性因素。技术学习的企业成本与社会成本之间存在着此消彼长的关系。社会积累和投入的不足直接表现为企业技术学习的外部环境和条件的欠缺,从而构成技术学习的巨大障碍。企业原有技术基础、技术知识的表现形式、技术交易费用、技术的潜在市场价值,以及技术学习战略与学习过程组织管理的有效性等,是影响企业技术学习成本的主要因素。从学习成本的视角考察影响技术学习的各种要素及其作用方式,有助于人们更加深入地了解决定技术学习成功与失败的内在原因,全面把握技术学习的一般规律。It is a logical hypothesis that the process of technological learning must expend resources and entail costs. The learning cost is an immanent fundamental factor resulting in success or failure of technological learning. There is a reciprocal relationship between firm and society learning costs. Insufficiency of social accumulation and investment directly shows the deficiency of the firm exterior surrounding and condition, which forms vast obstacles for technological learning. The technological groundwork, manifestation of technological knowledge, technological transaction cost, and potential market value of the technology, technological learning strategy, and effectiveness of organazational learning process manegement and so on are the major factors imposing on the cost of technological learning. The research on the influencing factors and its functions from the perspective of learning cost will help people to understand the causes of success or failure, and grasp the general rule of technological learning.
