摘　　要：通过建立单阶段和多阶段的博弈模型,对我国铁路企业的三种策略组合(竞争-竞争、竞争-合作、合作-合作)进行了比较分析。发现竞争-竞争策略组合只是铁路行业单阶段博弈的最优策略,而在多阶段博弈过程中还存在合作-合作(即串谋)的可能性。We built up single-stage and multiple-stage game models to analysize three strategy combinations （i.e. strategy combinations of competition-competition, competition-cooperation,cooperation-cooperation） of China＇ Railway, and demonstrated that competition-competition strategy combination was the only best strategy in single-stage game model, in multiple-stage game model, cooperation-cooperation was also existed.
