语言诱导式音乐疗法对精神分裂症患者的心理矫治效果

摘　　要：目的观察语言诱导式音乐治疗对精神分裂症患者的心理矫治效果。方法选择2006年8~10月在我院住院的男性精神分裂症患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组采用常规护理,给予一般（支持性）心理治疗。观察组在此基础上实施为期6w的语言诱导式音乐治疗,采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和护士用住院病人观察量表（NOSIE）评定。结果观察组SAS、SDS、NOSIE评分干预前后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组与对照组治疗前各评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后各评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论语言诱导式音乐治疗有助于改善精神分裂症患者的负性情绪,缓解患者的精神症状,矫治不良行为,对促进精神和心理康复有一定的帮助。Objective To explore the correct effect of language introducing music therapy on Schizophrenia of mentality.Methods Sixty Schizophrenias were divided randomly into behavior modification and psychotherapy interventions group and control croup, both group were given the convention nurse. The control group were given the currently （espouse） psychology nurse. 30 Schizophrenias （study group） were treated by the language introducing music therapy for 6 weeks.All subjects were estimated by SDS, SAS, and NOSIE.Results Decreases of all the scales score in the study group were obviously more than those of control group.Conclusion The language introducing music therapy could improve the negative emotion, improved the spirit symptom, and corrected the harmful action, It had the actively affect for psychology rehabilitation and psychotherapy.
