摘 要:为了实现煤的高效洁净转化,提出了一种电热还原法制备煤气的新方法.用石英砂和煤为原料,在自制气化炉内制备了以CO为主要成分的煤气,研究了煤种及焙烧原料对该混合煤气的组成、酸碱性和热值的影响,给出了特定实验条件下的气流量和炉内气体压力等参数,用XRD对副产品作了分析.结果表明:煤气主要产生于煤热解、硅质原料和碳质原料的电热还原反应,可燃气体浓度为87%-94.9%,富含CO(其最高浓度可达92.2%),煤气热值为11.25-14.87MJ/m3,有弱腐蚀性.气化副产品是SiC,含量为98.37%,其中3C-SiC占77.99%,6H-SiC占19.28%,4H-SiC占1.1%.In order to realize the conversion of coal efficiently and cleanly, a novel gasification method,named electro-thermal deoxidized method, has been put forward, in which gas rich in CO has been prepared with quartz and coal in the own gas stove. The effects of coal types and roasted materials on the gas composition, pH value and heating value were studied. The parameters of gas flux and air pressure under the specialized experimental conditions were proposed. And the byproduct was analyzed using XRD. Results show that the prepared gas comes from coal degasification and electro-thermal deoxidized reaction between SiO2, SiO and C. The concentration of the combustible gas of 87% -94.9%, the highest concentration of 92.2%, and heating value of 11.25-14.87 MJ/m^3 were achieved. Otherwise, this gas has weak corrosion. The byproduct SiC (content of 98.37%) was obtained, among which the yields of 3C- SiC, 6H-SiC, 4H-SiC are 77.99%, 19.28% and 1.1%, respectively.
