摘  要:重金属污染已经成为世界公害之一,严重危害着世界各国,已经为世界各国所重视。而铬作为重金属污染源之一,对动物、植物、土壤、人体等都会产生危害,其中对植物有着尤为严重的毒害作用。本实验就单一的重金属Cr6+的不同浓度对小麦的生长发育及叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b、叶绿素a/b等生理指标的影响进行深入研究。结果显示:低浓度的Cr6+对小麦幼苗的生长有一定的促进作用,而超过一定浓度的Cr6+对小麦幼苗具有严重的毒害作用,而且其危害程度随其浓度的增高而加重。The heavy metal pollution already became one of world environmental damages, the serious influence has been harming the people of the whole world, so all the eontries has put emphasize on it. As one member of heavy metal sources of pollution, The Cr has serious harmings on animals, plants, soil and human, especially on plants. In this research, the toxic effects of Cr^6+ at different concentration on growth of wheat, the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll a + b and chlorophyll a/b ratio was studied deeply. The result showed that: low concentration of Cr^6+ has certain stimulation to the growth of wheat, But surpasses the certain density, high concentration of Cr^6+ have serious poisons to the wheat, moreover its harmons degree and the concentration were aggravated related.
