摘  要:针对Windows和DOS操作系统下实现实时数据采集与处理的困难,研究了采用Matlab的实时视窗目标工具箱设计汽车测控系统的方法,利用Matlab/Simulink的图形化建模方法,可以同时进行模拟量和数字量的输入和输出等基本任务,还可以完成复杂的实时数据处理,并进行实时数据可视化.重点对于单步长多状态输出这个关键问题,提出了多任务、修改生成C语言源代码和设置模块优先级三种方案.应用所述方法设计了一个汽车电动转向装置测控系统,试验结果表明本方法具有效率高,功能强和易于掌握等特点.In the Windows and DOS operating system platform, there are difficulties in the real-time data acquisition and processing. The Real-Time Windows Target in Matlab was studied to develop the automotive measure and control system. In the graphical user interface (GUI) environment of Matlab/Simulink, the analogue and digital signals could be inputted and outputted simultaneously, and the signals could be processed and visualized in real time. Three solutions, i.e. multitasking, customizing the generated C source code and setting priorities of blocks, were put forward targeting the key issue of outputting more than one states within one step. A measure and control system was designed with the studied method for automotive electric power steering device, and the test results showed that it is high efficient, powerful and easy to use.
