湖南省2类乳菇属贸易种的分子鉴别

摘　　要：测定了2类乳菇属贸易种的rDNA ITS序列,根据序列构建系统发育树,对湖南2类销售量最大的"寒菌"进行了分子鉴定,确定了它们的属种名,确定它们就是乳菇属中的松乳菇和半血红乳菇.为我省乳菇属食用贸易种的鉴别、开发利用和分级出售提供资料.This research identifies two species of Lactarius collected from Hunan Province, and sequences and analyzes the ITS regions of nuclear ribosomal DNA of Lactarius. The phyllo-genetic tree based on ITS data has been set up by NJ method. And we find that there are two species of Lactarius： one is Lactarius deliciosus and the other is Lactarius semisanguifluus. All this provides reference materials for the identification, application and selling of Lactarius.
