摘　　要：目的研究苯氮芥衍生物对结肠癌HCT-8细胞增殖的影响。方法MTT比色法、流式细胞仪分析法。结果新型氮芥衍生物能抑制结肠癌HCT-8细胞增殖,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),抑制作用与剂量呈显著性正相关。结论苯氮芥乳糖衍生物对结肠癌HCT-8细胞有明显抑制作用,且作用明显优于氮芥。Objective To investigate the effect of the benzene nitrogen mustard lactose derivate on HCT-8 colon carcinoma cells. Methods The experiments were used by MTT, flow cytometry. Results The benzene nitrogen mustard lactose derivate irhibited the growth of HCT-8 cells and had more significant difference compared with control group（ P 〈 0.05）.The inhibitory action was significant positive correlation with dose. Conclusion The new synthesis benzene nitrogen mustard glucoside derivate can inhibit the growth of HCT-8 colon carcinoma cells and the effect is better than the nitrogen mustard.
