摘　　要：目的进一步了解肾脏穿刺病理标本染色方法。方法对过去我院所做的1560例肾脏穿刺病理标本染色方法、步骤进行回顾性比较和总结。结果我院所做1560例肾脏穿刺病理标本的免疫荧光染色结果、光镜染色结果都完全满足病理诊断标准。结论我院所采用的染色方法稳定,而且染色效果好。只有肾脏穿刺病理标本染色过程的每个环节都处理得当,才能染出优质片子,对医生做出正确病理诊断至关重要。Objective To comprehend histopathological staining methods of kidney biopsy specimen. Methods Retrospective study were done with staining methods and protocol on biopsy specimens of 1560 patients in our hospital who suffered from kidney disease. Results 1560 immunofluorescenee examination specimens of kidney biopsy were up to sample clinclic diagnosis. Conclusion we had a stably staining method and exactly protocol
