精子密度与染色体畸变及生殖激素水平关系探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨精子密度与染色体畸变及生殖激素水平之间的关系。方法采用计算机辅助精液分析进行精液常规参数检测;采集外周血淋巴细胞培养,进行染色体核型分析;采用放射免疫分析法检测血清生殖激素水平。结果精子密度与FSH之间呈显著负相关性(r=-0.562,P<0.001);与LH之间呈显著负相关性(r=-0.347,P<0.001)。与密度正常组比较,少精症组与无精症组血清FSH、LH水平均显著增高(P<0.001,P<0.01);与少精症组比较,无精症组血清FSH、LH水平均显著增高(P<0.01)。与46,XY组比较,克氏症患者血清FSH,LH水平显著升高(P<0.05),血清T水平显著降低(P<0.05);小Y染色体与46,XY,t(13;14)易位患者血清FSH,LH水平明显升高。结论染色体畸变与生殖激素FSH、LH水平与精子密度显著相关,少精子症和无精子症患者应进行染色体及血清生殖激素检测。Objective To study the relationslfips between sperm density and abnormal karyotypes, reproductive hormones. Methods Sperm density was detected by computer assisted sperm analysis（CASA）. Sperm samples were obtained from 267 patients of male infertility.Their peripheral lymphocytes were cultured and the abnormal karyotypes were analyzed. Reproductive hormones were detected radio immunoassay. Results There were significantly negative correlation between sperm density and FSH, LH of reproductive hormones（ r = - 0. 562, P 〈 0. 001 ; r = - 0. 347, P 〈 0. 001, respectively）. Serum FStt, LH of oligozoospermatism and azoospermatism groups were signifcanfly higher than that of normal sperm density group（ P 〈 0. 001, P 〈 0.01 ）. Serum FSH, LH of azoospermafism group were significantly higher than that of oligozoospermatism group（ P 〈 0. 001, P 〈 0.01 ）. Serum FSH, LH of Klinefeher syndrome were significantly higher than that of normal karyoaypes group（ P 〈 0.05）. but serum T was signitieanfly lower than that of normal daryoty pesgroup （ P 〈 0.05）. Serum FSH,LH of small Y and 46, XY, t（13 ; 14 ） karyotypes subjects obviously increased. Condusion Sperm density is correlated with chromosome karyotypes, FSH, LH of reproductive hormones.
