摘　　要：市民社会观是黑格尔政治哲学的重要组成部分。他终结了市民社会与政治国家等同的观念,开创了对市民社会的现代理解。在构建中国市民社会的进程中,黑格尔的市民社会理论对明晰当今国家与社会的关系、完善社会规范、健全社会保障体系等方面具有重要启示。Theory of Civil Society is an important part of Hegel＇s philosophy of politics. Hegel criticized his contemporary social thinkers＇s opinions on civil society, who regarded that civil society was the same as political state in the political viewpoint. Hegel initiated a new understanding of civil society, which will play an important role in Chinese Civil Society＇s constructing, such as mediating between family and state, regulating the codes of ethics and reinforcing and multiplying alreaby-existing social security to overcome inequality and promote harmonious social construction, and so on.
