摘　　要：本文总结我院1210例直肠肛管癌，行Miles术腹膜外平坦形人工肛门造设经验，介绍了这一新的人工肛门造设方法。本手术操作简单省时，不影响粪袋安装，不因挤压、磨擦引起疼痛和出血．不影响衣着和美观，不易引起肠腔狭窄，不发生脱出和内陷。是一种较为理想的术式。1210 cases with of lower rectum and anal canal were performed on with the flat extraperitoneal colostomy after abdominal-perineal resection of carcinoma. The operation is simple and time-saving. No parastomal pain and bleeding caused by crushing and rubbing were founded. The stenosis and prolapse did not occur. It is suitable for collecting faces and appling bags. Patients can work and join physical excises with a belt on the colostomy.
