摘 要:结合平台产品的随机需求性质、产品增值力、顾客等待耐烦度等特性,利用ABC成本分析法分别讨论了形式延迟、时间延迟以及综合延迟的成本,通过定量分析得出了平台产品特性对不同供应链延迟策略的影响.当产品需求不确定性较大、分销时间长、且顾客等待耐烦度波动较大时,综合延迟是最佳的选择;当产品增值能力强、市场需求量大时,形式延迟是上策;随着顾客等待耐烦度的递增,形式延迟的优势越来越明显.Platform products' properties, stochastic demand, value-adding capacity and customer's patience are considered to wait for service. By using ABC approach, cost constitution for three different supply chain postponement strategies, form postponement (FP), time postponement (TP) and combination of them (FP-TP) are discussed. By using quantitative analysis, the impact of platform products' properties on different supply chain postponement strategies is analyzed. With the higher uncertainty demand, long distribute time and large variation of customers' patience to wait for service, the FP-TP strategy is a favorable selection. While the value-adding capacity is high and demand quantity is large, FP strategy is the best one. With the increasing of customers' patience to wait for service, the advantage of FP strategy is outstanding.
