摘　　要：《伤寒论》虽然没有明确提出体质的概念和类型,但它蕴涵了丰富的体质思想和理论,有了初步的体质分类。伤寒六经病的发生即是不同的体质类型与病邪相互作用所产生的六种病理表现,这种体质思想贯穿于三阴三阳病的整个辨证论治体系当中。《伤寒论》体现了体质与疾病传变的直接关系。The concept and style of constitution were not definitely posed in Treatise on Febrile Disease. however, plentiful constitution thoughts and theories were implied and the primary category of constitution appeared in it. The occurrence of febrile diseases of six meridians were the six pathological manifestations resulted from the interaction between different constitutions and pathogenic factors. The constitution thoughts ran through the whole system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of three- yin and three - yang diseases. Treatise on Febrile Disease implied the connection of constitution and disease transmission.
