摘  要:用光化学诱导大鼠血栓形成性脑缺血,以皮层脑电(EEG)、全血血小板聚集、平均动脉压(MAP)及等容收缩(或舒张)期左室内压上升(或下降)的最大变化速率(±dp/dt max)等血液动力学指标,探讨大、小剂量(50 mg/kg或500mg/kg)阿司匹林(ASA)对脑血栓形成时脑、心功能的影响。结果表明,脑血栓形成时全血血小板聚集功能增强,EEG及心功能明显抑制。经上述两种剂量ASA治疗的大鼠,血小板聚集减弱、EEG改善;但心血管参数的恢复仅见于50mg/kg剂量组。提示该剂量ASA对脑缺血所致"脑-心卒中"具有改善作用。An animal model with photochemically initiated regional thrombosis in rat brain was produced. The cortex electroencephalogram (EEG), whole blood platelet aggregation, mean arterial pressure (MAP), maximal rates of rise and fall of left xentricular pressure in isovolumic systole and diastole(+dp/dt max), left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP) and index of myocardial oxygen consumption (IMV O_2) were used as indexes and the effects of big and small dose acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) on brain and cardiac function after cerebral thrombosis was discussed. The results showed that the whole blood platelet aggregation was markedly increased, EEG and cardiac functions were severly depressed following cerebral thrombosis. In rats treated with ASA (50 mg or 500 mg/kg), decreased whole blood platelet and improved EEG have been observed. But the improved cardiovascular parameters was only seen in ASA of 50 mg/kg group. This study indicates that ASA of 50 mg/kg have protective effect on cardiac function after cerebral thrombosis.
