护士工作中锐器伤发生状况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解护士工作中锐器伤的发生状况及影响因素，为全面预防护士锐器伤的发生提供依据。方法采用自行设计的护士职业锐器伤调查表，对汕头市5所二、三级医院977名在崩护理人员进行回顾性问卷调查。结果97．5％的护士曾发生锐器伤；急诊科护士人均年发生锐器伤次数最高，与其他科室护士锐器伤的发生情况比较差异有统计学意义（户〈0．05）；抢救环境下护士人均年锐器伤发生次数分别高于其他工作环境（P〈0．05）；不同护理操作的人均年锐器伤发生次数比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。结论锐器伤的发生与护士特定的工作行为、个人习惯及自我防护意识、科室、工作环境、护理工作量大小及护理器材等因素相关。Objective In order to know the condition of sharp instrument injury for nurses and the related factors, and then support references for nursing management. Methods Investigated 977 nurses among 5 hospitals in Shantou by self-designed questionnaire to know the sharp instrument injury for them. Results There were 97.5% nurses who had encountered sharp instrument injury in clinical practice, the incidence rate of sharp instrument injury in emergency department was signiciantly higher than those of in others departments, P〈0.05. The incidence rate of sharp instrument injury which had occurred in first aid was signiciant higher than those which had occurred in others circumstance, P〈0.01. Conclusion The sharp instrument injury-related factors are nurses＇ working action, individual habits, preventive ideas, nursing workload and so on.
