摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽旁插植近距离放射治疗鼻咽癌患者的有效护理措施。方法对23例鼻咽癌患者进行经鼻内镜鼻咽、咽旁插植后装放疗，加强心理护理及插植前、中、后护理。结果全部患者均成功将施源器准确插入肿瘤区，插植位置100％合格，无严重并发症发生。结论加强心理护理及插植前、中、后护理能保证治疗过程的顺利进行，提高放疗疗效。Objective In order to know the effective nursing points for patients with nasopharyn geal carcinoma cured by interstitial brachytherapy. Methods Summarized the nursing points about inter stitial brachytherapy for 23 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, including psychological nursing and careful perioperative nursing cares. Results All the operation were successful without any severe com plication. Conclusion Careful perioperative nursing and individual psychological nursing are the guar antee for successful operation and satisfactory prognosis.
