摘　　要：在经络静电荷检测基础上，研制了高灵敏微型静电荷传感器系统。在１１２名正常自愿者的十二经脉五腧合穴和足阳明胃经静电荷检测，发现正常状态下经络呈负电性（－７．８７×１０－３～－９．６１×１０－１３Ｃ），经脉失衡度＜９．０６％；而在病理状态下（胃疾患）４５４例，经脉负电性小于正常人，失衡度在足三里穴达２４．０９％，稳定性差。又以胃电图离散度（ＣＶ）分析，正常人空腹时，ＣＶ＜２０％～３０％。胃疾患者ＣＶ＞３０％～４０％。进餐负荷实验后，正常人ＣＶ变化不大，而胃疾患者ＣＶ有显著意义增大，结果表明，经络静电荷检测可反映经络脏腑相关的规律，胃电图离散度与经络电荷失衡度有某种相关性。In the present paper,the high sensitivity microtransducer system for static charge was designed on the base of detcted static charge along meridians.Following esults were found:(1)In 112 health human subjects,static charge of the five shu point(He point)along the twelve meridians and stomachmeridian of foot yaming were detected.Static charge along meridians exhibit the negative electricity(-7.87×10 -13 ～-9.61× -13 C).An imbalance degree of points along meridian was as low as 30%,(2)In 454 cases of patients with gstric disease,the negative electricity along meridian show lower than the normal state group.The imbalance degree of meridians was high as 40%.The stability was poor in quality.By means of analysis for coefficient of vary(CV)of electrgastrogram (EGG).CV in the fasting state of normal voleanters was significantly less than 20%～30%.CV in pathological state (chronic gastritis disease)was significantly more than 30%～40%.After a meal load experiment,CV in normal group had no significant.CV in gastritis group was obviously enhance.This results indicate that detected research of static charge along meridians may reflect the relation between meridians and Zang-fu(viscera).The imbalance degree of meridian is related to CV of EGG.
