摘  要:对烤烟下、中、上3个部位叶片中淀粉、总糖与还原糖等主要碳水化合物含量的变化进行了分析。结果表明:随着烟叶部位的上升,叶片中淀粉、总糖及还原糖含量均表现为随之增加的变化规律;随着采收日期的延迟,烟叶总糖含量总的变化趋势是增加的。3个烟叶部位之间淀粉含量差异不显著,总糖、还原糖含量差异显著;不同采收时期之间淀粉、还原糖含量差异不显著,而总糖含量差异显著。The changes of mayor carbohydrates content in different flue-cured tobacco position leaves were analyzed and the variance analysis with starch, total sugar and reducing sugar in tobacco leaves were carried out. Leaf samples were taken from different leaf positions and dates in Heilongjiang province. The results indicated that starch, total sugar and reduced sugar content were increased with the increasing leaf positions. With the delaying leaf harvest dates, there was not distinct regularity in starch and reduced sugar contents. The difference of starch contents was not significant and the difference of total sugar and reducing sugar content was significant in different leaf positions. The difference of total sugar contents was significant in different leaf harvesting dates.
