摘　　要：本文描述了基于DSP芯片TMS320LF2407的平网印花机刮印单元专用变频器的研发。该变频器采用新型的三菱IPM智能功率模块PS21865，配置标准RS232C串行接口用于与控制面板连接；还配置了CAN总线接口以实现与系统主控PLC的数据通讯。该系统能完成平网印花机刮印单元所需求的全部功能。This paper aims at the development of special frequency converter for scrape-printing unit of fiat-screen printing machine based on DSP. This inverter adopts a new IPM intelligent power module PS21865, configures a standard RS232C serial port used for communication with the control panel and a CAN interface for data communication with main PLC of the system. The system is capable of accomplishing all functions required by the scrape-printing unit of fiat-screen printing machine.
